It may sound strange, but paying for a course can be more beneficial, and, in the long run, less expensive, than taking one for free. YouTube, Coursera, Google, and other platforms now offer free courses. But here’s the problem: free typically means dispersed, out-of-date, or without commitment. You could start one and never finish. Even if you do, will it be noticed by employers or clients?

They frequently incorporate mentorship, communities, value, and hands-on experience with the material being taught. The key is not to throw money around, but to invest wisely.
